This website is the result of one man's passion to empower young adults. Whether it is done through music, speeches, or getting fathers actively involved in their children's lives, I am here to make a difference. My name is Ethan Birch and my life has certainly been down the road less traveled. Some of my journey has involved adoption, racism, peer pressure, college basketball, the deaths of several army friends, triumph, the greatest love, the hardest pain, despair, my youngest son's battle with cancer, my oldest son's battle with cancer, MY OWN battle with cancer, and a destructive decision in 1992 that would forever change my life*. I had to learn the hard way that the life you have been given is definitely not something to take for granted. My experiences have created a passionate and driven speaker/presenter with a mission of making young people fully aware of the opportunities and pitfalls that potentially await them. Anyone can tell a group of students what to do and what not to do, or how to react or not react in a given situation. However, I have come to discover that if the individual speaking has never experienced their topic, the audience will not totally accept the message.

I produce Motivational & Educational Hip-Hop for my younger audiences. For middle school up through high school, I customize each presentation according to the group, occasion, or message to be delivered. I intertwine my own experiences into each presentation in a fiery, energetic, and often humorous way. The results of what I can do have been proven and documented. All the way from influencing hundreds of elementary young men to stop wearing their pants hanging off of their "back-sides", to convincing numerous high school students to pursue a college education when they originally had no interest in going.
